Music
Tape Club stores mix metadata and ordering, not unlicensed full-song audio. Playback and playlist transfer are handled by licensed or independent music providers under their own terms.
Report suspected infringement
Use the Report control on the relevant mix, cover, or profile and choose copyright infringement. Include enough detail to identify the work, the material you believe infringes it, your relationship to the rights holder, and a reliable way to follow up. False or abusive claims may lead to account action.
Review process
Tape Club may temporarily restrict material while a credible report is reviewed, request additional information, remove material, restore it when appropriate, or take action against repeat infringers. Legal notices may require information beyond the in-product report.
